Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & PACKAGE POLICY Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, unless the appointment is rescheduled to another available time on the same day as the original appointment. Same-Day Appointments: Same-day appointments canceled after booking are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Package Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Package appointments canceled or rescheduled outside the applicable notice period are subject to the following two options: 1. Pay the applicable cancellation/rescheduling fee: The fee is paid, and the package session is retained. 2. Forfeit the session: If the fee is not paid, one session will be deducted from the package. Package Expiration & Rollover Policy: All package sessions must be used before the package expiration date. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the expiration date unless a new package is purchased before the current package expires. Purchasing a new package before the expiration date allows eligible unused sessions to roll over.
